Peach Tree Study

Peach Tree was a study for a Senior Assisted Living Center on a unique site. This study was used to present to city officials for initial PUD discussion.

Scio Town Center

This project consists of site design and development of a 25 acre lot (6 acres of wetlands) which included providing a half dozen schemes or studies using several building unit types. This project has been built in three phases, housing with mixed-use, office/medical and commercial.

Maxey Residence

This project consists of substantial two-story addition to an existing 4,000 SF home located out in the country. The challenge included adding on to a unique and vintage home, which already had several additions. Keeping with the clients wishes we built several mass models and provided several renderings in which to explore the impact of any proposed changes, and the required construction documents.

Collica Residence

This project consisted of succeeding in obtaining several variances from a zoning board of appeals in ordered to add on to an existing non-compliant structure and triple it's size.

Habitat for Humanity

This project consisted of volunteering both architectural and urban design services over a fie-year period. Serving as the chairperson of the architectural design board and as a building committee member.
